It's great to have organized weekly workouts with other people. I always work harder in the group workouts, whether it is a Wednesday night brick or bike ride or a Sunday long run. The camaraderie of the group is also a nice balance between competitive and supportive.
I am a full time working mother and my spouse is also a triathlete, so the main thing I was looking for in coaching was personalization of my training plan to work within the confines of my life, maximizing my time, while still making gains in my speed and endurance.
